People that like to push themselves to be successful in both their professional and personal life.

Lawn damaging insects and weed identification.
Favorite Sports Team?
Chicago Blackhawks. When it comes to types of sports, I like anything to do with racing (motocross, NHRA drag racing and NASCAR).
Chips and salsa…the hotter the better!
Best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
What is the one thing you could not live without?
My beautiful supporting wife (Wendy Tyrcha).

I’m very proud to work at Massey Services. It has given me a rewarding opportunity to develop a great team that strives for success.
What does your average day look like?
On any given day I look for opportunities to satisfy customers, motivate team members and grow our business.
How has working in this industry changed the way you look at the world?
I have a deeper understanding of the importance of a healthy landscape. By using our principles of Plant Management we truly can make an impact in the environment and increase the value of a homeowner’s property.
Who do you look to for inspiration?
My brother, Mike Swanson, who also works for Massey Services as a regional manager.
What motivates you to wake up and go to work?
My home family as well as my work family!
