Danielle Whitley Named Pest Control Technology Technician Of The Year
Massey Services’ Pest Technician Danielle Whitley has been named the 2016 Residential Technician of the Year by Pest Control Technology (PCT) magazine. This award honors the achievements of the pest control industry’s finest service professionals. Since 1997, PCT has recognized the top residential, commercial and termite technicians in the country with its annual Technician of the Year Awards.
“We congratulate Danielle on receiving this prestigious award,” said Massey Services President Tony Massey. “In her 15 years with Massey Services, she has developed strong relationships with our customers through her commitment to providing excellent service and her willingness to go above and beyond her responsibilities to assist them. We are so proud of Danielle for receiving this well-deserved recognition.”
PCT receives nominations from pest control companies throughout the United States, ranging from three-person operations to companies with more than 1,000 technicians. Managers and owners are asked to evaluate service technicians in several areas, including technical skills, communication skills, service to company and community, and their mentoring role within the company. All of the nominations are reviewed by a panel of pest control industry experts who determine the winners.
In addition to this honor, Whitley received the prestigious Harvey L. Massey award in 2013, which recognizes a Massey Services team member who consistently demonstrates superior performance, outstanding achievement and a commitment to community service. She is an eight-time Massey Services Eagle Circle Pest Technician of the Year, and she has been a PCT Technician of the Year finalist for four consecutive years: 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015.
