Tony Massey

Tony Massey is a pest management veteran with more than forty years of experience and leadership in the industry.  He is also a second-generation leader of Massey Services.

Tony learned the pest management business from the ground up starting at age sixteen as a termite technician for Terminix International where he continued to work during summer vacations.  Upon graduating from the University of Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in Corporate Finance and Investment Management, he joined Massey Services as a Manager Trainee.  Over the next thirty-three years, Tony was systematically promoted to management, senior management, and executive management positions.

In 2021, Tony became President and CEO of Massey Services.

Leadership and Recognition

In Central Florida, Tony currently serves on the Florida Council of 100, the Executive Leadership Team for the Alzheimer’s Association of Central Florida, the Committee of 100, and he is a member of the Governor’s Council for the Orlando Economic Partnership. He is a board member for Truist Bank’s Central Florida Board of Directors and for the Boys and Girls Club of Central Florida. He also serves on the Professional Pest Management Alliance (PPMA) Board of Directors.  Tony is Past Chairman of Florida Citrus Sports and serves as the Legal Chair on their Executive Committee. He is also Past Chairman on the Orlando Museum of Art’s Executive Committee, Chairman for the Heart of Florida United Way 2014-2015 campaign and has served on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of Central Florida.

In 2012, Tony was recognized by Pest Control Technology (PCT) Magazine as a Crown Leadership Award winner which is awarded to individuals who have contributed positively to the growth and development of the pest control industry. In 2018, Tony received the Spirit of Achievement award from Junior Achievement of Central Florida for his inspiring leadership and business excellence in the Central Florida community. In 2019 he was recognized as a Father of the Year by the Orlando Father’s Day Council and American Diabetes Association.

Tony completed the OPM Key Executive Program at Harvard’s Graduate School of Business Administration and the Key Executive MBA program at the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College.

Tony has been married to his wife Jann for 27 years and they have four sons.  They live in Winter Park, FL.
