Get to Know Eric:


Q: Who do you admire and why?

Eric: Harvey L. Massey. His integrity and dedication to the industry, our company, and all of our team members.

Q: Who are some of your favorite sports teams? 

Eric: Houston Astros, Washington Commanders, Orlando City, and the Orlando Magic.

Q: Which food could you eat almost every day?

Eric: Rice and Beans.

Q: Tell us how you got involved in the Breast Cancer Awareness campaign?

Eric: I got involved five years ago because a personal friend was diagnosed with this horrible disease. Although I am grateful, she is a survivor, I can never forget what she endured during the entire time she suffered from her breast cancer diagnosis and treatment.

Q: What three words best describe you? 

Eric: Commitment, integrity, respectful.  

The Career:

Q: What made you interested in working for Massey Services? 

A: The company’s commitment to the community and our entire mission statement.

Q: What does your average workday look like? 

A: Every day brings new challenges. As we get into new states, there many different rules and regulations depending in the municipalities we work. Vehicle registration renewal differ from state to state. Zoning restrictions differ for new buildings.   

Q: What is the best part about your job?  

A: The team members I work with. I enjoy seeing the commitment and loyalty displayed by all my team members. 

Q: Which skills have you learned on the job? 

A: I have learned the importance of following up, listening and understanding the team members who report to me, return all calls before the end of every day and building relationships. 

Q: What do you believe makes your career at Massey Services truly unique? 

A: I have a great career. I have been given numerous tasks and challenges that I never thought I’d be working on.
