Massey Services’ CFO Jean Nowry Honored as One of Orlando Magazine’s Women of the Year

ORLANDO, Fla. (May 6, 2021) — Massey Services, the fifth largest pest management company and largest family-owned company in the industry, announced today that Jean Nowry, executive vice president and chief financial officer, was named one of Orlando Magazine’s 2021 Women of the Year.

The award recognizes influential women who are proactively making a positive impact in the Orlando community. Nowry has been deeply involved in philanthropy and giving back in the Central Florida community for more than 25 years. She has served as Chairwoman for both United Arts of Central Florida and Junior Achievement of Central Florida.  She currently sits on the board of directors for the Orlando Ballet. In addition to these positions, she also supports Kids House of Seminole County, Autism Speaks and Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.

“I’m honored to be recognized as one of Orlando Magazine’s Women of the Year,” Nowry said. “I’m passionate about supporting our community and organizations that benefit the arts, education and health. Nowry joined Massey Services in 1998 as the Director of Accounting. She has held several different positions with the company and was named Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer in 2014. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from St. Thomas Aquinas College in New York and is a Certified Public Accountant.
