Massey Services Announces Operational Changes in Two Florida Markets

Frank Oliva, West Florida Regional Manager

ORLANDO, Fla. (Mar. 2, 2021) — Massey Services, the nation’s fifth largest pest prevention company and the largest privately held family-owned company in the industry, announced two operational changes in their Florida markets. 

Frank Oliva has been promoted to Regional Manager of the West Florida Region, which covers Tampa and the surrounding areas.  Ronnie Rachels has been transferred from the West Florida Region to the South Central Region which is Massey’s largest region. The South Central region covers several markets in the Central Florida market, including Orlando where the company is headquartered.  Both Team Members have been with the company for more than 10 years.

  • Oliva joined Massey Services in 2009 as a General Manager.  In 2011, he was transferred to the role of General Manager overseeing the operation of the newly opened New Tampa and GU New Tampa service centers. Most recently,
    Oliva served as the General Manager in Massey’s Tampa service center.

Ronnie Rachels, South Central Florida Regional Manager
  • Rachels began his career with Massey Services in 1995 as an Apartment Technician and was promoted to Termite Reinspector and later Sales Inspector. In 2005, he completed the General Manager Training program.  Since then, he’s held various positions, including General Manager of Palm Coast and General Manager of Windermere.  He was promoted to a Regional Manager in 2012 for the Northeast Florida region and transferred to the West Florida region in 2016.
