The Career
Tell us a little about your job:
I am the service manager at the Kissimmee office. I am in charge of training and developing our technicians, assigning work and holding accountable the technicians for completing the work.
How has working in this industry changed the way you look at the world?
I never understood how big of an impact pest control can be for our community. I also have a greater appreciation for sales growth and customer service.
What motivates you to wake up and go to work?
My kids and wife so I can provide a better life than I had, when I was growing up.
