Today, we’d like to shine the spotlight on Victor San Inocencio, Pest Technician from our North Orlando Service Center, for his dedication to our company and customers.

Victor is a leader in his service center in taking on difficult situations and solving problems that please the customer.  All of his customers receive the best service and the letters he receives from them is a fine example of this. If a customer has a need, Victor is always available and willing to handle their needs, even if it’s Saturday or Sunday. Victor is always happy to talk through any problem and offer solutions to help get the job done and done right. I make people happy!

What does your average day look like?

It’s a non-stop rollercoaster ride

How has working in this industry changed the way you look at the world?

I never stop thinking about the threat of pests and termites when looking at a beautiful structure. My brain goes “termites are going to enter there, there and there. Ants over here…”

Share a notable (funny, embarrassing, exciting) experience you’ve had at work:

17 years ago, basically when I first started working in the industry, I was at a young family’s home with a child around 3 years of age. The customer said she was having ant issues and while I was telling her about the different types of ants and how they get inside, her little boy with pearly green eyes runs up and says “Mom, but God created all creatures, big and small!” The mom looked up at me and said “Alright, I guess we can relocate them to a better home than ours.” So after that day, I became a bug relocator to all kids!

What motivates you to wake up and go to work?

My beautiful wife and wonderful kids.

As you can see, there is no situation Victor is afraid to take on – he loves a good challenge.  He has a readiness to offer solutions every time a customer feels that something is not quite right and will always answer their questions thoroughly and honestly. That’s why his customers (and his managers) have great confidence in his problem solving abilities. All of these reasons are why we showcased Victor in this Team Member Spotlight – he is self-starting, loves challenges and always keeps total customer satisfaction his top priority.
