Q: Who do you admire and why?
Josh: Micheal Jordan – “Some people want it to happen, some wish it would happen, others make it happen.” MJ proved that life doesn’t always go your way, but when you work hard you can achieve greatness.
Q: Who are some of your favorite sports teams?
Josh: Orlando City Lions
Q: Your favorite food that you could eat almost every day?
Josh: Nachos
Q: What is your favorite movie of all-time?
Josh: Anything starring Adam Sandler.

Josh: Loyal, hardworking, outgoing.

Q: What made you interested in working for Massey Services?
A: A family-owned company with great benefits.
Q: What does your average workday look like?
A: Problem solving, meeting with staff and customers throughout the day and finding the solution to problems they are having. Selling new services and providing great customer service.
Q: What is the best part about your job?
A: The interaction I get on a daily basis with my team. We are a family at Massey Services and to watch the people around me better their lives and family based off what they have learned from our company is the best part.
Q: Which skills have you learned on the job?
A: Since I have been with Massey for 13 years, it’s hard to state all the things I’ve learned here but I would say the best is management techniques that build a team “we” atmosphere.
Q: What do you believe makes your career at Massey Services truly unique?
A: There is just something special about working at Massey. It could be the team building events, the positive leadership with drive, the communication about growth, the benefits, all the friends I’ve made along the way. When you combine all that together at one place that’s what makes my career at Massey services truly unique.
