Q: Who do you admire and why?

A: My mother. I admire her toughness, kindness and unconditional love.

Q: What is your favorite food, that you could eat almost every day?

A: Seafood, rice & gravy, and gumbo.

Q: What is your favorite movie of all-time?

A: I have so many! Bad Boys, The Godfather, Gladiator, Coming to America, and anything starring Denzel Washington.

Q: Favorite sports teams?

A: New Orleans Saints and LSU Tigers.

Q: What three words best describe you?

A: Loyal, trustworthy, and sociable.

Q: What made you interested in working for Massey Services? 
A: Massey is family owned and provides great benefits. Also, David Mougeot sold me on joining Massey.

Q: What does your average workday look like? 
A: My day starts off by greeting all team members in the morning with a smile. I’m always overseeing day to day operations. Speaking with customers to resolve any issues. There is no day that is the same here at Massey, which I think is cool.

Q: What is the best part about your job?  
A: The best part about my job is building a long-term relationship with our customers. Also, developing team members to reach their goals. It’s always good to see others happy. 

Q: Which skills have you learned on the job? 
A: Since I have been at Massey, I’ve learned several skills in management, and I am still learning. That’s the thing I like about Massey. They are always training and developing team members.

Q: What do you believe makes your career at Massey Services truly unique? 
A: There are several things that make Massey Services unique. The mission, the purpose, the values, and passion. The thing that stands out the most to me is Massey’s commitment to Total Customer Satisfaction, and to its Team Members. It’s truly a family here at Massey Services.
