Q: Who do you admire and why?
A: My twin sister, Amanda. She is the most honest person I know and she always does the right thing – no matter the situation.

A: Dallas Cowboys

A: Hershey’s chocolate bar with almonds
Q: Best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
A: “Be honest. In most situations, you can make things as bad or as good as you want. Being positive will go a long way in life.”
Q: What is the one thing you could not live without?
A: My son, Grayson.
Q: What is your hidden talent?
Q: Three words that best describe you?
A: Honest, strong work ethic and funny.
Q: Tell us a little about your job?
A: As a pest technician, I am responsible for ensuring pests do not enter customer’s homes and determine the best resources to protect the environment while doing so. I get to meet a lot of fantastic people and provide a service that helps relieve stress in their home.
Q: What does your average day look like?
A: As a pest technician, my days are always different which is something I enjoy. I never know what I’m going to walk into!
Q: How has working in this industry changed the way you look at the world?
A: This industry has taught me that family and work-life balance is most important. I love my family and work hard to support and spend time with them.
Q: Share a notable (funny, embarrassing or exciting) experience you’ve had at work:
A: I was servicing a customer’s home and walked around the corner to their fenced backyard only to find a live kangaroo staring at me. I thought the Texas heat was playing tricks on me so I had to do a double-take. It was definitely a kangaroo and it turns out it’s the family’s pet. Now I bring him treats whenever I visit. You could say we are best buds now.
Q: Who do you look to for inspiration?
A: My mother, Mary Maxedon.
Q: What motivates you to wake up and go to work?
A: My family!
Q: What do you believe makes your career at Massey Services truly unique?
A: The people. Our general manager, office staff, service managers, technicians and inspectors all work as a team to ensure our customer’s are completely satisfied and taken care of. This comradery can be very rare to find in the work force!
Q: What is the most important thing you’ve learned since beginning your career at Massey Services?
A: All of the opportunities. They are out there – all you have to do is go get them!
