Andrea Massey-Farrell Honored As A Woman of the Year in Orlando

ORLANDO, Fla. (Apr. 2, 2020) — Massey Services, the fifth largest pest management company in the industry, is proud to announce Andrea Massey-Farrell, President of the Harvey & Carol Massey Foundation and Senior Vice President of Community Relations, has been selected by Orlando Magazine as one of their 2020 Women of the Year.

The award recognizes influential women who are proactively making a positive impact in the Orlando community. A recognizable face in Central Florida, Massey-Farrell was named president of the Harvey and Carol Massey Foundation and Senior VP of Community Relations at Massey Services in 2014. In the past year, she has overseen the distribution of over $5 million in charitable contributions and more than $90,000 in in-kind services. She has led multiple charitable and volunteer initiatives throughout all of Massey Services’ markets.

Moreover, Massey-Farrell has donated her time to serve on the board of several organizations including Florida Nemours Hospital, Central Florida YMCA, Mead Botanical Garden, Orlando Shakes Theater and more.

In addition to the positions that she holds in numerous organizations, Massey-Farrell has been a proud supporter of several non-profit organizations including Autism Speaks, United Way and United Arts of Central Florida, Junior Achievement of Central Florida and the American Heart Association. She is a frequent speaker at the Edyth Bush Institute for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership and volunteers at numerous arts and educational organizations.
