July Team Member Spotlight: Anna Pietrantonio

At Massey Services, providing Total Customer Satisfaction requires passion, persistence and Team Members who are committed to making a difference every day. For 20 years, Anna Pietrantonio has exemplified those qualities through her dedication, determination and customer-first mindset.
As part of the Outbound Customer Care team, Anna plays a unique role within the organization — helping reconnect with customers, researching accounts, recovering opportunities and ensuring every customer interaction receives the attention it deserves.
“My average workday is very busy. Sometimes I feel like a detective,” Anna said. “I am researching old accounts, as well as possible new accounts. I try my best to get business back on the books.”
Anna originally joined Massey Services through the Middleton acquisition and has spent the past two decades building relationships, solving challenges and contributing to the company’s continued growth. When asked to describe her work ethic in three words, her answer was simple: passionate, persistent and resolver.
That problem-solving approach has become an essential part of her daily responsibilities. Whether tracking down account information, finding new owner contacts, following up on leads or assisting former customers, Anna understands that every opportunity matters.
“I believe our company survives on keeping our customers,” Anna said. “The best part of my job is getting results. I am devoted to collecting funds on the books, as well as getting our customers back.”
One of the most rewarding challenges has been turning moving leads and inactive accounts into potential customers. By taking the time to research each situation and understand each customer’s story, Anna helps identify opportunities to rebuild relationships and bring valued customers back to Massey Services.
Over the years, Anna’s position has required creativity, patience and adaptability. With limited resources available for research, she has developed strategies to work more efficiently, locate information faster and explore new ways to reconnect with customers.
“Finding new owner contacts is challenging, but I try all different avenues,” Anna said. “Time is money.”
Recently, Anna was recognized at the Massey Services Eagle Circle Awards banquet in which she was celebrated for her 20-year anniversary with the company. The event provided an opportunity to reflect on two decades of accomplishments while celebrating alongside fellow Team Members.
“My experience was great,” Anna said. “It was nice to see so many employees receive their awards and celebrate their accomplishments.”
Throughout her career, Anna has also found inspiration from fellow Massey Team Members, including Dana Hill.
“Dana has been with the company for many years and is truly devoted to Massey,” Anna said.
Looking back on her career, Anna believes what makes her role truly unique is the ability to make a positive impact on one customer at a time.
“I am the only person at Massey with this position,” Anna said. “I look forward to getting our lost customers back one account at a time.”
After 20 years of dedication, Anna’s passion for helping customers, finding solutions and creating opportunities continues to represent the commitment and customer-focused culture that define Massey Services.
