Meet Elizabeth Suero: Excellence in Commercial Services

Brittany has been part of the Massey Services team for three years, and from her very first day, she knew the company was different.

โ€œWhen I started working here, it really felt like home.โ€

That sense of belonging only grew stronger over time. After welcoming her newborn baby, Brittany received calls from coworkers checking in and letting her know she was missed โ€” a moment that confirmed she wasnโ€™t just working for a company, but part of a work family.

Rather than admiring just one individual, Elizabeth draws inspiration from professionals who demonstrate integrity, teamwork and a commitment to helping others grow.

She takes pride in setting clear goals and delivering strong results, while also working closely with her team to support the success of the entire service center.

โ€œI take ownership of my goals and focus on delivering strong results,โ€ she explains. โ€œI take my responsibilities seriously and work with my team to help our service center succeed.โ€

Elizabeth was drawn to Massey Services because she believed her background in customer service would allow her to contribute meaningful value while continuing to grow professionally.

Giving Back to the Community

Through her role at Massey Services, Elizabeth has also had opportunities to support nonprofit organizations in Central Florida.

She has helped organizations such as the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida and Chance 2 Dance obtain services at a charity discount, allowing them to redirect more of their resources toward the programs that benefit children and families.

โ€œI believe in supporting organizations that provide opportunities for young people,โ€ Elizabeth says. โ€œIf we can help reduce costs, that allows more resources to go toward the programs and the children they serve.โ€

Recognition at the Eagle Circle Awards

Elizabethโ€™s dedication and performance have not gone unnoticed. Since joining Massey Services, she has qualified as a Top Performer in Florida every year. This year was particularly special, as she achieved the number one ranking in her region.

Being recognized at the Massey Services Eagle Circle Awards banquet was a proud moment for Elizabeth.

โ€œIt was a very rewarding experience and a great recognition of the effort and dedication I put into my work,โ€ she says.

A Day in the Life

Elizabethโ€™s workday starts early.

Her mornings often begin with responding to emails and coordinating new sales with technicians and the office manager. Throughout the day, she meets with customers, performs property inspections and identifies pest concerns.

After inspections are completed, Elizabeth prepares proposals and updates internal systems to ensure everything stays organized and customers receive prompt follow-up.

Helping Customers Is the Most Rewarding Part

For Elizabeth, the best part of her job is helping customers solve pest-related problems and protecting their businesses.

โ€œI enjoy building relationships with clients and offering them the best solutions for their pest concerns,โ€ she says. โ€œItโ€™s very rewarding to know the work I do makes a positive difference for our customers.โ€

Her commitment to service is reflected in the strong relationships she builds, with many of her sales coming through customer referrals.

Skills Gained Along the Way

During her time at Massey Services, Elizabeth has developed a wide range of professional skills. She has strengthened her ability to communicate with customers, manage sales schedules and conduct thorough pest inspections.

She has also refined her sales strategies, managed a large volume of proposals and follow-ups while ensured operations run smoothly behind the scenes.

โ€œI have the opportunity to manage my own sales and customer relationships while also having a team and company resources that help me succeed,โ€ she explains.
