January Technician of the Month: Benjamin Brook

For January, we are proud to recognize Massey Services Technician of the Month Benjamin Brook from Service Center 39 in Clearwater, Florida. Benjamin has been with Massey for just over two years, and in that time, he has built a reputation for professionalism, respect and outstanding customer care.

Benjamin describes his day-to-day experience at Massey as “fantastic,” crediting his success to supportive managers, great coworkers, and phenomenal customers. “I’m part of a wonderful team,” he says—and that team mindset carries into every home he enters.

One of the things that sets Benjamin apart is his deep respect for customers and their homes. “Anytime I enter a customer’s home, I feel honored,” he explains. From the moment he arrives, Benjamin focuses on making customers comfortable. He introduces himself by name, asks permission to wear booties or remove his shoes, and clearly explains what he will be doing—and why.

Communication is a cornerstone of Benjamin’s service approach. He encourages customers to ask questions and takes the time to answer them fully. When concerns arise, Benjamin repeats them back to ensure he understands completely before addressing the issue. “That way,” he says, “I know I’m solving the right problem.”

Benjamin defines professionalism through what he calls the three A’s: Appearance, Attitude, and Actions. His uniform is always clean and pressed, his shirt tucked in, and his attitude consistently positive. He works efficiently to solve and prevent issues without wasting customers’ time, while relying on strong management support when challenges arise.

When it comes to earning positive reviews, Benjamin keeps it simple: “Our customers expect more. Make sure they get it.” His commitment to exceeding expectations comes naturally because he genuinely enjoys what he does.

“I’m so happy to have this job,” Benjamin says. And for the customers and teammates who work with him every day, it shows.
