Q: Why is the MyMassey App being discontinued?

A: The MyMassey App will be discontinued on August 1, 2026. We’re making this change to transition customers to the updated MyMassey section of our website designed to deliver a better overall experience. This upgrade allows for faster updates, enhanced security, and improved compatibility across all devices. You’ll continue to have access to the same information available in the app, along with added features, seamless customer support, and more streamlined communication.

Q: How do I log into the MyMassey Account online?

A: Users with existing MyMassey app login credentials may login to MyMassey online at my.masseyservices.com using the same credentials you use for the iOS app. Keep in mind your password is cASe sENsiTiVe and must be entered exactly as created (i.e., upper and lower case letters). You can also access MyMassey directly from our website by clicking on the three lines in the top right corner and then clicking the white “My Massey Login” button seen below.

Q: I don’t currently have login credentials for the MyMassey App or I have forgotten my login information. How do I register for a New Login for My Massey Online?

A: If you don’t have login credentials, you can set up an account by following these steps:

  • Visit the My Massey Account online login page
  • Click the link for New Login Registration
  • Enter your Account #, Last Name, Zip Code, and Street #
  • Click the SUBMIT button.

If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the “Forgot Password” button to the right of the Account Login information.

Q: What account information will I have access to when logged in to MyMassey online?

A:  Customers have the ability to manage their account(s) in several ways, including:

  • View Balance Activity
  • View Transaction History
  • View and update saved payment cards on file
  • View Active Services
  • Find Upcoming Service Dates
  • View Service History
  • Update contact information

A: Our website is secure; we use the latest security measures available to help protect your privacy. Please note, we recommend using the most current version of your web browser to ensure a smooth login experience.

Q: What if I’m having trouble logging in or registering for a new login?

A: If you cannot locate your account information or have difficulty logging into the site, please contact Massey Customer Care at 1-888-2MASSEY (262-7739). You can also send an email to wecare@masseyservices.com.
