In November of 2019, Precision Pest Management was acquired by Massey Services! Massey Services was founded in 1985 and is the nation’s fifth largest pest management company and the largest privately held family-owned company in the industry. We have more than 160 Service Centers throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, South Carolina and North Carolina. We have 17 Service Centers located throughout Texas including San Antonio, Houston, Austin, Dallas, Plano, Richardson, Denton, McKinney, Frisco and Fort Worth.

If you were a Precision Pest Management customer, here are several frequently asked questions about your services:
1) What does the acquisition mean to me?
There will be no change or interruption to your service, and your guarantees and agreements will remain intact.
2) Who is going to be providing my service, Massey Services or Precision Pest Management?
Massey Services will be providing all of your services.
3) I was given an estimate for service by Precision Pest Management. Is that estimate still valid?
The estimate that was provided to you is valid until the expiration date noted on the proposal or 30 days from the date of the proposal. If that date has passed, we would like to schedule a time to have a Massey Services Inspector meet with you to review the proposal and provide you with updated options.
4) What happens if I paid for my Precision Pest Management service in advance?
Nothing changes. Your service will continue to be provided uninterrupted and your agreement will remain intact. Upon the anniversary date of your agreement, you will be given the option to pay for your service in advance again and receive a 5% discount.
