Get to Know Tina:

Q: Who do you admire and why?

A: My parents. When you are down in the dumps or find yourself in a predicament, your parents are there with words of wisdom to help you get out of that sticky situation. Their words speak to us. They know how to make us feel better and guide us in the right direction.

Q: What is your favorite food, that you could eat almost every day?

A: French fries.

Q: What is your favorite movie of all-time?

A: I do not have a favorite movie, but I do enjoy watching Christmas movies.

Q: Which three words best describe you?

A: Hardworking, caring, generous

Q: How did you get involved with volunteering with Orlando Day Nursery?

A: I got involved though a friend. Orlando Day Nursery is a childcare center that offers programs that serve children from six-weeks to five-years of age. After learning about their mission, I decided to find ways to become more involved, and I have continued to volunteer and partner with the organization.

Tina’s Career:

Q: What made you interested in working for Massey Services?

A: I used to be a manager at 7/11. One day someone came into the store, and I asked them where they worked, and they told me Massey Services. I asked them in a joking manner if they are hiring, they said yes. They spoke very highly about Massey Services and how it is a great company to work for. So, the next day I went to the office on Clay Street to apply for the customer service position and got the job. Taking the job was the best decision I made.

Q: What does your average workday look like?

A: Manage processes for all licensing needs to ensure Massey Services meets all current regulatory requirements.  This includes new team member licensing and ensures we are aligned with current state rules. I ensure all annual renewal applications are processed and meet all state required deadlines. I also work with service center management to gather all required documentation and information for licenses.

Q: What is the best part about your job?

A:  It’s working with the amazing Learning and Development team.

Q: What do you believe makes your career at Massey Services truly unique?

A: There are several things that make Massey Services unique. The mission, the purpose, the values, and passion. The thing that stands out the most is truly our family here at Massey Services.

Thank you Tina, for going above and beyond for our customers and being a shining example of why it’s our people that MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
