Q: Who do you admire and why? 

A:  I admire my spouse. She has constructed our life from the ground up. Her encouragement and ability to help me grow mentally and professionally is what I attribute to my success.  

Q: Your favorite food, that you could eat almost every day? 

A:  Yogurt with fruit and honey.

Q: What is your favorite movie of all-time? 

A: Pistol Pete

Q: Which is your favorite season? 

A:  Fall

Q: Which three words best describe you? 

A:  Driven, Responsible, Steadfast.

The Career

Q: What made you interested in working for Massey Services? 
A:  Having the availability to have a work-life balance. Massey’s mission to build lifelong relationships with their team fortified my decision to pursue a career here.

Q: What does your average workday look like? 
A:  I make sure I am the first available person in our service center each morning. After reviewing the day with our management team, I spend the remainder of the morning coaching our team and certifying each member is set for a successful day. Though my daily activities can vary, each day our team is diligently working to ensure our office is running smooth and on course.

Q: What is the best part about your job? And why?
A: The best part about my job is being able to spread my knowledge with our team. Each day we work to become more informed than the day before and the constant growth is what makes my trade so rewarding.

Q: Which skills have you learned on the job? 
A: Communication has been my biggest growth, but learning and growing into new qualities like sales has been satisfying.

Q: What do you believe makes your career at Massey Services truly unique? 
A:  There are many GMs with positive characteristics, but my positive personality is unique in itself, and I believe it only highlights my visible dedication and growth.
