IMPORTANT NOTICE TO OUR PEST PREVENTION CUSTOMERS

The destructive effects of a flood can be overwhelming.  At Massey Services, we’d like to express our deepest concerns for all those who have been affected by this disaster.  We understand that at this time, the last thing you want to worry about are pests inside your home.

Please be assured, despite the flooding in and around your home, your Massey Guarantee will remain intact for your Pest Prevention program. We are committed to eliminating any current pest problems in your home and preventing future infestations.

If you see any pests in your home, call us immediately at 1-844-797-7406.  A technician will be sent to your home, at your convenience and at no additional charge.

In order to provide a quick and immediate response, team members from Service Centers outside of Houston will be temporarily joining our Houston team to assist with our customer’s needs.  Therefore, your technician may be different from your normal technician.  Be assured, all of our technicians have the same training and qualifications and will be wearing a uniform with a photo name badge to provide Pest Prevention for your home.

Over the next few months, we will be contacting you to schedule a thorough pest inspection of your home to ensure there are no conditions, avenues or sources of potential pest infestation.   In the meantime, please take the time to review the enclosed IMPORTANT PEST NOTICE regarding pest and termite activity.
