If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of our Wood Destroying Insect treatments, we’ll keep coming back, at no additional cost to you, until you are satisfied. Let us know about your problem, in writing, within 30 days of the initial treatment or installation and give us 30 days to correct the problem. In the event we are unable to correct the problem, we’ll refund your entire initial treatment or installation charge.
