What changes can I expect?

You will notice some changes in service uniforms, service vehicles and some service reports. Most importantly these changes will be made without disruption to your service or service technician, and be assured, all guarantees and agreements will remain intact!

Is my service charge going to increase as a result of this change?

No. All service agreements you had with Massey or Middleton now exist with Massey Services.

Will I continue to receive service from my regular technician?

Yes. However, we occasionally adjust routes to increase efficiency, but this will not affect you at this time.

Can I still pay online?

Yes. Continue to pay as you always have.
