Andrea Massey-Farrell

Andrea serves as the President/CEO of the Harvey & Carol Massey Foundation as well as Sr. Vice President, Community Relations for Massey Services, Inc. In her work with the Foundation, Andrea oversees its daily operations to ensure that its mission and goals are in alignment with the Board’s plans and vision for charitable giving and outreach. Andrea also manages the strategic community relations efforts for Massey Services and its team members.

Prior to managing the Harvey and Carol Massey Foundation, Andrea was President/CEO of Massey Communications, driving all facets of the full-service advertising, graphic design, public relations and marketing agency. She has over 20 years of marketing, advertising and public relations experience with clients from varying industries.

Andrea is a fervent advocate for educational advancement and the arts. She serves on several boards including Nemours Florida Board of Managers, the Orlando Shakes Board of Trustees, the One Orlando Alliance Board, the Mead Botanical Garden Board of Trustees, the Winter Park High School Foundation Board of Directors, The Victory Cup Initiative Board of Directors and the YMCA of Central Florida.

Andrea was recognized as a 2021 “Women Who Mean Business” honoree by the Orlando Business Journal.  She was also recognized as a 2020 “Orlando Woman of the Year” by Orlando Magazine. She is a 2011 winner of the Women of Distinction award presented by Girl Scouts of Citrus Council and was a 2012 nominee for the Orlando Business Journal’s Women to Watch award.  As a deeply-rooted Floridian (her family has lived and worked here for over 30 years), Andrea has been the driving force behind many successful volunteer initiatives, including the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer campaign. She graduated from Rollins College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communications. Andrea lives in Winter Park, Florida with her husband James and her twin sons, Ethan and Tedy.
