  • Regular Audits – Our Technical Department and Quality Assurance Teams will perform audits of facilities to reinforce good procedures, sanitation requirements and Pest Prevention Service Protocols.
  • Training – All of our Team Members are required to complete a structured 4-week pest management training process prior to servicing any customer. Additional, specialized training is completed prior to servicing food manufacturing and distribution plants and health care facilities. All Team Members attend weekly training sessions and also participate in specialized market segment training seminars throughout the year.
