We give thanks for our friends and family. At Massey Services, we give thanks to our dedicated Team Members, and to all of our loyal customers, for their continued confidence in our Company and the services we provide.

With sincere gratitude, we wish you and your family a Very Happy Thanksgiving!

In case you need one more recipe for your table this year, here is a great one for Sweet Potato Pie. Yum!

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb sweet potatoes

1/2 cup butter, softened

1 cup white sugar

1/2 cup milk

2 eggs

1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 (9in) unbaked pie crust

DIRECTIONS:

Boil sweet potatoes in skin for 40 – 50 minutes, or until done. Run cold water over them and remove skin. Break apart sweet potatoes in a bowl, add butter and blend well with a mixer. Stir in sugar, milk, eggs, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla. Beat on medium speed until mixture is smooth. Pour filling into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 55-60 minutes, or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Pie will puff up like a souffle, then sink as it cools.
