Tami Swanson

Tami Swanson joined Massey Services in 2009 as the company’s Director of Corporate Accounts for the Multi-Family Division.  She was promoted to Senior Director, Multi-Family Division in 2016 and was promoted to Division Manager of the Multi-Family business in 2019.  In 2021, she was promoted to Division Vice President of Multi-Family.  In her current role, she is responsible for overseeing the entire Multi-Family Division which covers Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Virginia.

Tami has an extensive background in sales and customer service.  She spent 11 years working with BellSouth Advertising and Publishing.  She joined the pest management industry in 2001 in corporate sales with Archer Exterminators.  Archer was acquired by Middleton Lawn & Pest Control in 2006, where Tami later served as Director of Corporate Sales.  In 2009, Tami joined Massey Services when the company acquired Middleton.

Tami serves on the Orlando Apartment Association Board along with their Legislative Committee and Friends of the Foundation Committee. She is also a part of the Institute of Real Estate Management and serves on the boards of the Regional Advisory Council for Apartment Life, Florida Apartment Association, National Apartment Association and National Service Council.  She is also on the board of A Light in the Road ministry.  Tami volunteers and helps fundraise for Dave’s House and the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.

Tami attended Valencia College and the Ambassador School of Ministry.
